You Deserve to be Heard

Moving forward is never simple

You owe it to yourself to take a moment, step back and ask yourself:

Where have I been?
Where am I now?
Where would I like to be?

When it comes to finding the answers, reflection isn’t just helpfulit’s necessary.

At Third Nature Therapy, we create a safe, comforting space where you can ask difficult questions; somewhere you can be vulnerable and free from judgment.

We call this Cultivating the Pause: the crucial moments of honest reflection that make you pause and take a step back. From there, your new self can emerge, empowered and well-rounded enough to enact the changes you’ve been putting off.

Let’s take the time to reflect—together.

What’s Third Nature Therapy?

The name and mission behind Third Nature Therapy was inspired by a yogic interpretation of human nature. It goes a little something like this:

Every person has more than one “nature”. Your first nature is what you were born into—the gift and inheritance that you’ve been given. Your second nature is all that you learn—how to live a full life with the gifts of that inheritance. It’s learning the simple things, like how to brush your teeth and ride a bike, but it’s also learning about yourself—your patterns, your emotions, and your relationships.

Your third nature is all about how you choose to live your life, employing your unique gifts to your advantage.

Our goal as therapists is not to have you stay in the therapy room simply discussing your patterns but rather to help you move out of the therapy room and into the world employing your unique gifts. We’re here to help you live life with greater joy, confidence, and feeling connected to your Third Nature.
